SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to offer you an efficient and effective delivery service. For this reason, we have partnered with Fastway as our preferred shipping partner. At this stage, we ship throughout South Africa. Should you be an international customer and would like to have our product shipped to you, please drop us an e-mail at info@7sisters.co.za and we will furnish you with a quotation for the shipping costs before the sale is concluded.

All prices shown on our website exclude Door to Door delivery within South Africa. We charge a flat rate of R85 for door-to-door delivery within South Africa on orders valued under R1200. Orders valued above R1200 qualify for free door-to-door delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed from the time payment has cleared. Items in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours. Custom orders will be produced and dispatched within 2 weeks.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

DELIVERY TIMES
The following estimated delivery times apply as follows:
– Major Cities 2 to 3 working days
– Regional Areas 3 to 5 working days
– Remote/Outlying Areas 4 to 7 working days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by Fastway and therefore 7Sisters cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time then please send an email inquiry to info@7sisters.co.za.

ORDER TRACKING
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can then use the Tracking Number to track your order from the time it leaves us up until you receive your package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
7sisters is committed to ensuring that you love your 7sister’s product. Our policy lasts 7 (seven) days after delivery or receipt of goods. In order to be eligible for a return, item must be unworn, unused with the original packaging, and in the same condition that they were received by you. If 7 (seven) days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. When returning items, you are responsible for the shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

7sisters will only approve a refund of our product should there be a manufacturers fault found within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods. In this case it will be up to you if you would like to be refunded or have an exchange done. 7sisters undertakes to cover the shipping costs should the return be as a result of a manufacturer’s default.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. If a refund is rejected, the order will be sent back to the return address on the package.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please allow 7-10 working days for your refund to reflect. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Should you have done all of this and you have not yet received your refund please contact us on info@7sisters.co.za.
